Kelsey Freeze, MA, BCBA Co-Owner

Kelsey Freeze Stiltner is a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals with developmental delays. With extensive experience in the field, Kelsey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Kelsey holds a Master's degree in Special Education with an Emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Webster University. Go Gorlok’s! She obtained her BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), demonstrating her proficiency in delivering evidence-based, effective behavioral interventions. With almost a decade of experience, Kelsey has worked with individuals of various ages and diverse needs. She has served in a range of settings, including clinics, schools, and community-based programs. Her expertise extends to designing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting assessments, delivering child-led treatment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Luke Stitlner, BA Co-Owner

Luke Stiltner graduated from the University of South Carolina Beaufort with a degree in Hospitality Management. Since graduating, he has Owned and Operated his concessions company Luke’s Lowcountry Eats. He met Kelsey while attending school and her passion for providing quality care for individuals with Autism became his own. In 2019, alongside Kelsey, he opened Boost Behavioral Services to provide a high level of ABA therapy in a compassionate and caring way. Luke provides the clinical team with a strong platform and the tools they need to make meaningful changes in the lives of their clients.
